Reservation Policies

Be Prepared Before Making a Reservation

Have the following information ready before calling to make a reservation:

  • Credit card number
  • Campsite preference
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Specific customer information for each site you wish to reserve – camper’s name, address, phone number, email address, and tent/RV equipment type

Maximum Window for Making Reservations

Reservations can be made up to nine months prior to your arrival date.

Reservation Fee

Payment of the deposit in full is required to confirm all reservations.

RV Park: $30 deposit per campsite reservation or $25 for Seniors/Disabled, $50 deposit for summer holidays.

Tent camping: $15 deposit per campsite reservation, $30 deposit for summer holidays.

Summer Holiday Reservations

A minimum two-night reservation and deposit is required for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends and on the Fourth of July holiday when the holiday occurs on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel one of the two nights of your reservation at any time, there will be no refund for that night.

Canceling Individual Site Reservations

When canceling reservations for individual campsites, please be aware of the following information:

  • If you are canceling three (3) or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your one night deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you reduce the number of nights on your reservation three (3) or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.

Canceling Multiple Site Reservations

When canceling reservations for multiple sites, please be aware of the following information:

  • If you are canceling three (3) or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the deposit for each campsite will not be refunded.
  • If you reduce the number of nights on a multiple site reservation three (3) or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date your deposit will be nonrefundable for each change in reservation.

Penalty Fee

Guests who stay longer than their paid reservation without contacting a Port representative by making arrangements and payment may be subject to a penalty of $10 per day.

Early Departures

All guests must pay the remainder of their balance for their reservation immediately upon arrival. If arriving after the park is closed or after dark, guests must register by 9 a.m. the following morning to avoid a penalty of $10.

Guests who depart earlier than their scheduled departure will not receive a refund. Once a guest has arrived on-site and has paid for their campsite all fees are nonrefundable.

No-Shows

Your reservation will be considered a no-show if you have not arrived by 1 p.m. the day following your scheduled day and you didn’t cancel your reservation or contact park staff to hold your site by calling the phone number provided on your reservation confirmation.

There is no refund of payment for camping nights in a no-show situation.

Drop-In Policy

Campers must register with the Camp Host or at the registration kiosk immediately upon arrival. Guests who do not register upon arrival are subject to a $10 per day penalty. Guests who arrive after dark, or after the park is closed must register by 9 a.m. the following morning to avoid penalties.
