Reservation Confirmation

Payment in full is required to confirm all reservations.

Summer Holiday Reservations

A minimum two-night reservation is required for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends and on the Fourth of July holiday when the holiday occurs on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If you cancel one of the two nights of your reservation at any time, there will be no refund for that night.

Canceling Individual Site Reservations

When canceling reservations for individual campsites, please be aware of the following information:

  • If you cancel three (3) or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $30 for RV sites* and $20 for tent sites*. We will retain the fee, and refund you the remainder of the balance originally paid for your stay.
  • If you reduce the number of nights on your reservation three (3) or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for RV sites is $30*, and the cancellation fee for tent sites is $20. We will retain the fee, and refund the remainder of the balance you originally paid for your stay.

*If your reservation was eligible for a Good Sam, Senior, or Disabled discount, your reservation fee is $27 for RV sites and $18 for tent sites.

Canceling Multiple Site Reservations

When canceling reservations for multiple sites, please be aware of the following information:

  • If you cancel three (3) or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $30 for each RV site* and $20 for each tent site*. We will retain the fee, and refund you the remainder of the balance paid originally for your stay.
  • If you reduce the number of nights on a multiple site reservation three (3) or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $30 for RV sites* and $20 for tent sites*. We will retain the fee, and refund you the remainder of the balance originally paid for your stay.

*If your reservation was eligible for a Good Sam, Senior, or Disabled discount, your reservation fee is $27 for RV sites and $18 for tent sites.

Penalty Fee

Guests who stay longer than their paid reservation without contacting a Port representative by making arrangements and payment may be subject to a penalty of $10 per day.

Early Departures

Guests who depart earlier than their scheduled departure will not receive a refund. Once a guest has arrived on-site and has paid for their campsite all fees are nonrefundable.

No-Shows

Your reservation will be considered a no-show if you have not arrived by 1 p.m. the day following your scheduled day and you didn’t cancel your reservation or contact park staff to hold your site by calling the phone number provided on your reservation confirmation.

There is no refund of payment for camping nights in a no-show situation.

Drop-In Policy

Guests may drop-in during the normal hours of operation between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Campers must register with the Camp Host or Caretaker immediately upon arrival. Guests who do not register upon arrival are subject to a $10 per day penalty. Guests who arrive after dark, or after the park is closed must reserve their campsite online immediately upon arrival.  Guests who drop-in after hours and do not reserve an open campsite online risk being asked to leave if the campsite chosen has already been reserved. A campsite that appears open may be reserved as guests may make their reservation online 24 hours a day.
