Camping at Friends Landing

Located midway between Olympia and the Washington Coast, our campground is the perfect spot to make your "home base" as you explore the Olympic Peninsula.

With easy access to highway 12, you can be to the north or south beaches of Grays Harbor in under an hour. There are 18 RV sites with electrical and water hookups plus 10 tent sites with water available.

Campground Info

The RV sites do not have sewer hookups, however, there is a dump station on site. Cost is $10 per use, credit card only. The restrooms are accessible, with 2 shower stalls in each. The RV sites are paved and maintained.

Free wi-fi is available as an amenity for guests of Friends Landing. Please note that bandwidth is limited due to our remote location, so we ask that you limit your use. The wi-fi service is not intended to be used for streaming video, games or other high intensity uses. We suggest that you get out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings instead!

RV Park Rates

  • Daily: $54.68* (plus $7.32 in taxes = $62.00)

  • Weekly (7 days): $348.39* (plus $46.61 in taxes = $395.00)

  • Monthly: $591.58* (plus $193.42 in taxes = $785.00)

Tent Camping Rates

  • Daily: $30.87* (plus $4.13 in taxes = $35.00)

  • Weekly: $185.22* (plus $24.78 in taxes = $210.00)

  • No monthly rate - 14 day stay limit

Site Amenities

  • Boat Launch: $4.60* (plus $0.40 in taxes = $5.00)

  • Firewood: $5.51* (plus $0.49 in taxes = $6.00)

  • Dump Station: $9.18* (plus $0.82 in taxes = $10.00)


Prices include all applicable taxes including sales tax, lodging tax, and leasehold excise tax for monthly stays.
*10% discount off regular prices for seniors/disabled and Good Sam Members.

Cancellation policy

  • 72 hour cancellation policy

  • Fee for one night stay will be retained if canceling within 72 hour window

  • No refunds for early departures

  • If your reservation was eligible for a Good Sam, Senior, or Disabled discount, your cancellation fee will be the discounted nightly rate in effect at the time the reservation was made.
